Guided by our values, we embrace a collaborative, curious and open-minded approach. Whether it’s about ‘having genuine respect for the views, talents and expertise of colleagues’, or ‘going out of your way to help each other be successful’, or ‘learning from others’, our Values have at their core a key theme of inclusivity and ensure it remains at the heart of how we operate. We believe collaboration is far more powerful than working independently or in isolated groups. Every individual has a significant contribution to make, and we deeply value diverse perspectives and opinions. Click here to find out more about our values

Employee Network Groups
At Twinings Ovaltine, we are proud to support the development of Employee Network Groups (ENGs) that reflect and celebrate the diverse experiences of our people. These groups are created with the aim of building community, fostering inclusion and driving meaningful conversations across the business. From Cultural Inclusion and Pride to Neurodiversity, each network is supported by passionate leaders and senior sponsors, helping to ensure they are impactful and sustainable.
These groups not only create a sense of belonging, they also contribute to innovation, strengthen our culture, and help us grow as a business. We’re also exploring how these networks can connect colleagues internationally, sharing learnings and evolving our approach along the way.
We recognise that the needs of our people are always evolving, and we remain committed to listening, learning and supporting the creation of new network groups as those needs arise
Partnerships
We’re proud to partner with organisations that help us make our practices more inclusive, accessible and equitable. Our collaborations with groups such as the 93% Club, Business Disability Forum, Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei), and Business in the Community give us access to expert insights, practical tools and diverse talent pipelines. These partnerships not only strengthen our ability to attract and support individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. They also challenge us to keep evolving, we recognise that inclusion is an ongoing journey, and these collaborations play a vital role in helping us make continuous improvements and stay accountable for our progress.
